Bronze Team Championships

92 players were disappointed to see the sun had disappeared today for the Bronze Team Championships at Brickhampton. Luckily the early heavy rain blew over and we only had a few showers in early afternoon. Many players found the combination of tricky greens and water on the back nine a challenge, but most commented that they had enjoyed the course which was in excellent condition. The Kendleshire had a very good day, winning 1st and 4th prize as well as the best Individual score. Cotswold Edge and Minchinhampton New were 2nd and 3rd respectively. Brickhampton members, led by Lady Captain Christine Dooley, provided excellent support throughout the day.
