SWICC 2025 - Here we go!

This time next week, SWICC 2025 will be well under way!

I am delighted to announce the team who will be representing Gloucestershire at the forthcoming South West Inter-Counties Championship which takes place at East Devon Golf Club between Monday 30th June and  Wednesday 2nd July 2025 (practice round on 29 June).

The team visited East Devon GC for a practice round to get a feel for the course.  It was a beautiful sunny day and we can only hope the conditions are as kind to us next week.

The tournament format is 2 foursomes and 3 singles matches played in each session (am and pm) against the other 5 counties, over 2.5 days, finishing at Wednesday lunchtime. This makes for very full-on, competitive days as matches can turn from one way to another very quickly.

The draw for the tournament is as follows:

CADDY REQUEST - If anyone is planning on coming down to East Devon to support the team and would be available/would like to caddy for a session, or two, then please let me know on 07767 842748.

Likewise, if you would like to be added to the Live Scoring WhatsApp group, I can do that too.

All spectators are very welcome, especially wearing burgundy, its a huge buzz for the team to know the crowd are behind them.
