Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held this year as follows:
Date: 1st December
Time: 6pm-9pm
Venue: Thornbury Golf Club
This year we have decided to hold the event in the evening so that those working and at school/college are able to join us for the Award Ceremony and to receive their trophies in person. Let's make it more of an 'occasion' than a meeting, as we all see each other so rarely for a catch up!
We will also be providing some festive nibbles and there will be a 'pay for' bar available to those that would like a drink. We will of course provide coffee and tea and water as we always do.
Club members, lady captains and prize winners are encouraged to come along but we do need to know numbers so please book your free ticket using the Eventbrite link below, so we know how many to cater for - very important!
We also need to know if you have any allergies as there will be food being served. So please email Saghi at: glcgasec@gmail.com once you have booked your ticket.
