Welcome to the Gloucestershire Ladies' County Golf Association website.
Our focus is to promote and develop golf for women and girls in Gloucestershire at all levels of the game.
We organise both individual and team events for the enjoyment of players of all ages and abilities, including our thriving Girls section. Our events are held at clubs around the county, giving our members the opportunity to play sociable and competitive golf at several different courses each year.
A relatively small County Association, with only 38 affiliated clubs, we are very proud of our long history and of the achievements of our elite players who have gained regional, national and in some cases international recognition. We are immensely proud of our County team who as South West regional champions have won the England Golf County Finals in 2016, 2018, and again in 2019.
We look forward to continued success in encouraging golfers of all abilities.
We welcome members to participate in the running of the organisation and are always on the look out for Volunteers. If you have a few spare hours to give please contact one of the Committee.
